Getting Ready for My Session

What will I need for my session?

If we are meeting over Zoom:

Your session is an hour, but please give yourself a few minutes before a session, and at least 20 minutes following our session, to relax, decompress, and make space for your healing.  Think of it as 90 minutes of self-care

  • You'll receive a Zoom invite and password prior to our session - make sure you have downloaded the Zoom app and that it is up to date so that we can make good use of your time

  • Ensure you are dressed comfortably and in a private environment with a good WIFI connection

  • Have a notebook and a pen close at hand. 

  • You'll start your session in front of your computer. Later, I will invite you to lay out. You may choose to have a yoga mat and/or a light blanket and pillows set up nearby.

If you are local to Vancouver, BC, Canada you may be able to book an in-person appointment.

If we are meeting in person:

  • You'll receive an email with directions

  • Bring a notebook and pen

  • Wear comfy clothes

  • Your session will begin seated, later you will move to a massage table to receive your session.  Note: this is a light touch session.

  • Please give yourself a few extra travel minutes to arrive. You will be called in from the waiting area at the time of your appointment.

  • If we are meeting in person, consider adding on 20 minutes of Energetic Shavasana to relax and make space for your healing integration prior to returning to the busyness of daily life.

 

 

 

 

*Occasionally, people undergoing healing experience a healing crisis as the energetic system clears out old patterns and readjusts to a higher energetic vibration.  During your session we work to ensure your healing is set to the speed and time that is best for you.  In most cases, this alleviates this side effect.  We are available for support, if you require additional assistance.
