Loving Kindness Meditation

Loving Kindness Meditation, also known as the Metta Meditation,  will spread peace and goodwill throughout your energetic system and beyond, to the world around you.  By offering love and kindness to all living beings - yourself, those you love, those you feel neutral toward and those you feel unkind towards, you are raising the vibration of the world towards peace, love and kindness.

Loving Kindness Meditation comes from Theravada Buddhism, but is evidenced in other spiritual backgrounds as well.

This recording is offered to you with thanks and the sense of joy and love we share with you.  We hope you experience peace and a sense of connection to the love around you.

Please take a moment to find your breathe, notice the ground underneath your feet, your buttocks and back against the chair.  Take a deep breathe.  Close your eyes.  Notice the energy flowing between your crown and your root (the top of your head down to your sacrum) and down into the earth below you.  Breathe in.  Begin.
