​​Like many of you, I'm a life-long seeker, interested in life's big questions. My journey to understand the mystical, while living a real and sometimes bumpy life, has led me to follow my intuitive knowing and to trust that practical and mystical co-exist within a natural and organic partnership. For over 20 years, I have been combining intuitive guidance, energetic healing and transformational coaching to support the development of others.

I am passionate about your growth and learning.  Clearing the way for old patterns, from past lives, your genetic heritage and the ways you've learned to survive (but not, perhaps, thrive).  I believe shining light on our growing edges allows shadows to transform and claims back energy for us to use in building towards the life each of us want to be living.

I live in Victoria, BC, Canada where I spend as much time outside among the cedars and along the ocean as possible. My times of grace occur most often on my yoga mat or under the soaring path of an eagle. I am grateful for universal source energy and the guides, angels and high-beings that support me in my life and work.
